Draft for Attorney and Business Review — Beta Testing Version

Last Updated: October 15, 2026 Operator: Zonalytic, LLC Platform: Presto Home Services Privacy Contact: [email protected]

This draft describes the information handled by Presto's current platform features. It is provided for review and is not a certification of legal compliance. The operator must confirm its service-provider practices, retention periods, applicable privacy rights, and any advertising or data-sale disclosures before adopting a final policy. No final effective date has been assigned to this draft.

1. SCOPE

This policy describes personal information handled in connection with Presto Home Services, including public browsing, customer and contractor accounts, sponsor accounts where available, service requests, projects, reviews, communications, and membership features. Presto is operated by Zonalytic, LLC.

Contractors are independent businesses. Information you provide directly to a contractor or another external service may also be subject to that business's own privacy practices. This policy does not govern websites or services that Presto does not operate.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account and contact information. Depending on your role and the features you use, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, account status, and profile details. Customer records may include a service address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Contractor and sponsor information. We process business names, service categories, service areas, business contact information, operating hours, profile photos, galleries, membership details, and business or credential information submitted for review. Verification may involve documents, licensing and business records, public sources, and third-party information.

Service activity and content. We process service requests, project descriptions, estimates, scheduling details, uploaded photos and documents, messages, reviews, ratings, complaints, favorites, and deal-related activity when you use those features. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information or information about another person without authority.

Location and vehicle information. Location-enabled features may use your ZIP code, service address, or device coordinates when you grant browser permission. Immediate-service requests may include coordinates shared with the selected contractor. Enabled vehicle tracking processes vehicle identifiers, technician information, the latest reported coordinates, and timestamps.

Billing information. Where online billing is enabled, payment providers process payment details. Presto may retain provider identifiers, membership and subscription status, invoice and transaction history, and limited card information such as brand, last four digits, and expiration. Payment details entered into a provider's payment interface are handled under that provider's privacy policy.

Technical information. Hosting and connected services may receive information such as IP addresses, device and browser details, request information, cookies, and diagnostic logs as needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use information to provide and manage accounts; display business profiles; help customers find and contact contractors; deliver service requests and communications; manage projects and appointments; display and moderate reviews; administer memberships and billing; provide requested notifications; respond to inquiries; and maintain platform security.

Information may also be used to investigate inaccurate records, fraud, misuse, and disputes; improve platform functionality; enforce applicable terms; and meet legal obligations.

Presto uses AI-assisted features to organize, summarize, or evaluate contractor information. Relevant submitted information or source records may be processed by AI service providers for those features. AI outputs can be inaccurate and should not replace independent checks. The operator should confirm provider retention and model-training practices as part of final policy review; this draft does not promise that providers never retain data or use it for training.

4. INFORMATION VISIBLE TO OTHERS

Public profiles and content. Contractor and sponsor profiles may display business information, service areas, hours, photos, offers, credential indicators, and reviews. Content made public can be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Contractor telephone numbers on public profiles are made available to signed-in users rather than anonymous visitors.

Service requests and projects. When you contact a contractor or submit a request, the selected contractor receives information needed to respond, which may include your contact details, project description, location, and attachments. Project participants can access relevant project communications and records. Do not submit material that you do not want the recipient to receive.

Reviews. Reviews and associated photos may become visible to other users or the public according to the review feature's publication rules. Avoid including private addresses, financial information, or other sensitive details in public reviews.

Administration. Authorized platform personnel may access records for account management, support, verification, moderation, security, billing, and dispute handling.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OTHER DISCLOSURES

We use services that support hosting, data and file storage, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, payments where enabled, translation, and maps. Relevant information is transmitted to those services as required for the feature. Examples of integrations in the platform include Abacus.AI services, Stripe payment features, email delivery services, Google Website Translator, and external map or geocoding sources. Availability and configuration may change.

External images, maps, scripts, and other embedded resources may cause your browser to connect directly to another provider, which may receive your IP address and browser information. Translation services may process page text, including text displayed in signed-in areas when translation is used. Consider whether to use translation on pages containing confidential information.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or address a business transfer such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable law.

The operator must assess any advertising, sale, or sharing of information under applicable privacy laws before finalizing this policy. This draft does not represent that an audit of those practices has been completed.

6. COOKIES AND DEVICE STORAGE

Presto uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication and preferences. Current features store language preferences and translation cookies, appearance preferences, and choices about the add-to-phone prompt. A service worker supports the installable web-app experience.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent features from working. Installing or removing the web app does not itself delete your account or server-side records. External providers may set or read their own cookies under their policies.

7. LOCATION CHOICES

You can decline or revoke device-location permission through your browser or device settings. Where supported, you can search by ZIP code instead. Disabling location may limit nearby-search and immediate-service features.

Contractor vehicle broadcasting is controlled through tracking features. Public maps use the configured privacy mode to show approximate locations, neighborhood areas, or distance-only information rather than exact technician coordinates. Exact reported vehicle coordinates remain available in authorized contractor and administrative fleet views. Contractors should inform their technicians about tracking and obtain any legally required permissions.

8. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for operating the platform, maintaining accounts, administering billing, handling complaints and disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Different records and service-provider backups may have different retention periods. Account closure does not necessarily erase all related records immediately.

Presto uses measures such as authenticated access, role-based access controls, and password hashing. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Specific retention schedules and provider deletion procedures require confirmation by the operator before the policy is finalized.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

You can update information through available account features and contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent, or appealing a decision.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Please identify your account and describe the request, but do not email passwords or full payment-card information. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or disputes. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

You can adjust available appointment-reminder settings and browser permissions. Essential account, security, or billing communications may still be necessary to operate your account. Contact us about communication preferences that are not available in settings.

10. CHILDREN

Presto is intended for adults arranging or providing home services, not for children. Homeowner account eligibility is described in the Terms of Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the platform without appropriate authorization, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

11. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Hosting and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Laws and protections may differ from those in your location. The operator must confirm processing locations and any required transfer safeguards when finalizing this policy; this draft does not establish that a particular international-transfer mechanism is in place.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Revisions will be identified by an updated date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent under applicable law. The operator should review this policy when platform features, providers, or information practices change.
